There comes a time through life that we need to potentially reassess where we are going and what direction we are taking. The same could be said of running a golf club.
It is not necessary for change however I would like some feedback from members and where they see opportunities for small changes in how we do things at the club.
Some examples:
Saturday/Wednesday Haggles – Have we got the balance right what more(or less) could we do? What changes could be discussed?
Saturday Tee times and the visitors balance – Have we got this right? Do we allow visitors at all before 1pm on a Saturday (Unless prior arrangement thru the Club Captain…Is there enough room?) Have we got the balance right?
If we did run more events on Public Holidays/Sundays would you support them? What sort of format suits you.
Is there anything upsetting you with what you are seeing around the club?
The committee will be meeting at earliest opportunity before the end of the month to discuss but please do not be afraid to give me some feedback even ask a question that you need an answer for.
