What a relief to finally see some rain and fortunately it hasn’t interrupted too many golfers schedules…..Yet!
In the not too distant future the 17th and 18th Holes will close for a short time for drainage work. We hope to do this when the course is quiet and don’t think the holes will be closed for too long at all. Times will be posted on the website, 18holes and the facebook page. The new ball washers will hopefully be ready in the next few days too. Still work in progress on sand buckets but we do have approval when the right sand is available.
The Korean Community Group (KCG) have done some more work in the hazard between the 1st and the 18th and also have nearly finished the GUR on the left hand side of the 5th holes big Thankyou to Alberto and his team for their continued work in these areas. If you would like to put together a small group of helpers to do a certain area of the course or think you could offer some expertise somewhere please contact the Course Maintenance Manager Brett Goodall. Brett and Barb Goodall have done many hours tidying up the left hand side of the 7th, the bottom of the bomb dump area and the ditch between one and two. Many thanks for your continued effort.

A big thankyou to those that have volunteered to help with Pennants this weekend. We still need a few more volunteers from around 10:30-11am this Sunday and next. A good opportunity to come and help and then stay for a round of golf straight after. Play both Sunday’s is to be from the 7th Hole and this has been updated in 18holes.
