After a pretty good week on the course where it was hard to find a pitch mark we had a day yesterday of several. I have spoken to yesterdays groups about respecting our course and don’t want to have to do it again. Make sure you have your pitch mark repairer on you and do not be offended if asked to provide it when asked.
I have asked that several things be improved however in the last few days we have slipped again with Golf Carts and trundlers going thru the middle of the 7th when asked not too. Several people not sticking to their tee bookings or not on 18holes.
If you are caught out you will be asked to leave the course no questions asked.
Another busy weekend for the course ahead with Saturday and Sunday well booked. Next weekend we are hosting several clubs for Mixed Pennants I have made the course visitor free until completion of the event so no visitors please on Saturday and Sunday prior to Pennants.
I am still a couple of volunteers short for next Sunday if you can lend a hand please let me know. I need two helpers please from 1.30pm to monitor the 17th and 18th for one hour.
And lastly it is illegal to have alcohol on the course except for special events and requests. If you are caught in possession of Alcohol on our course you will be asked to leave and likely to face a ban.
We are being watched so please do not spoil it for the rest of us.
