To all members
By now most of you will be aware that the golf course access cards and tags will automatically deactivate if not used for 30 days. This is a base security protocol applied to the access control system and the club doesn’t currently have a way around this.
If you haven’t accessed the course for more than 30 days or are experiencing access issues, please contact us at admin@rnzafaucklandgolf.co.nz to request reactivation.
Since only a couple of us have permission to manage the security system, we may not be able to reactivate cards at short notice. In most cases, access will be restored within three working days, however, this may take longer depending on availability. If you’re planning to play and think you may have been away for over 30 days please let us know as early as possible.
Thank you for your understanding.

Recently there has been a strengthening up of access to the RNZAF Base. As a result of this, the security to the golf course has been upgraded to ensure you are still able to access the course that is on the RNZAF Base
All members are reminded that.
You must have your name registered on the 18 hole booking application anytime you are on the course.
- A photo ID is to be carried at all times
- The names of any guests you have playing with you must be in the 18 hole booking application or in the green fee book at the starters hut
- Any guest(s) must have pre-paid green fees, either by internet banking to account 03-0251-0021252-10 or in cash at the starters hut.
- All members must swipe their access card/tag as you enter and exit the course at the control gates. This also reduces the likelihood of your card being deactivated.
- Anyone on the course is likely to be asked by club management or base security staff to provide identification and proof of membership at any time. (your login to the 18 hole application can be considered proof of membership)
