We are hosting pennants on the same day so will be looking for volunteers to help out with spotting etc. If you can help on the 23rd  please let me know,

IMPORTANT DATES COMING UP.

Saturday 1st Nov.

Our last day for eclectic and haggle balls.

Thursday Nov 20th.

Our Ladies Teams day.

We already have 24 teams entered, but only one so far from our club.  If you want to enter a team of four, please fill in the entry forms in the ladies’ locker room and give to Kath Peacock ASAP. Cut off date will be 11th November.

There are a few goodies in the locker room donated for our raffles on the day, but we need more. It is a good fundraiser for us, so please see what you can give over the next few weeks.

Tuesday 25th Nov

Prize Giving and end of year Christmas Lunch.

We will, as usual, play the Johnston Pairs in the morning then gather for our lunch and prizegiving celebrations after our game. It will be a shotgun start on the day.

There will be no ladies club day on Tuesday 4th Nov as it is the annual Melbourne Cup event.

The Club’s AGM is Saturday 29th of November and our annual Hamper Day is Saturday 6th December.

After that, we will be starting our summer competitions

I’ll also be looking for pennants’ players for both weekend pennants and Thursday mid-week pennants.  I’ll send out the dates for those shortly . If you are interested in playing, please let me know.  I’ll out a sheet with the dates on the wall in the locker room.

Happy golfing everyone   – and I hope to see as many of you as possible at our Christmas lunch on the 25th.
