Members,
The time has come to start the planning for the Melbourne Cup.
First of all I need feedback from the members on the following:
Team Entry – Who would like to enter a team of 4.
Sponsorship – Closest to Pins Longest Drives etc etc
Volunteers – Who can help on the day with BBQ’s, Drinks Carts, Food Prep and Bar staff after the event.
Volunteers – Who can help me run the event. Team Registration, Money Collection for Raffles and Horses etc etc
If we cannot get enough help (volunteers) the event may not go ahead this year.
Maximum amount of teams will be 32.
