The RNZAF Golf Club has a few conditions for membership as follows:

• Each applicant requires a sponsor who is a current member from the Club. The sponsor is responsible for ensuring the new member is aware of the local rules regarding aircraft, parachuting, and no go areas etc. which are unique to the club. Please contact us if you need a sponsor.
• A requirement for membership of the Club is for applicants to apply for a Criminal Record Check and then attach it with the application. The application and Check are reviewed by the Defence Security team who have the ultimate responsibility for civilians who are allowed on the Base.

• A passport size photo is also required with the application as all members are issued a security card photo ID along with their access tag when they join. This allows you to access the club and the photo ID should be always carried with you
  Your photo must be:

• a portrait photo with a 4:3 aspect ratio, or 3:4 on a smartphone
• digital (we cannot accept scans of physical photos)
• in colour
• saved in .jpg or .jpeg format
• between 250KB and 5MB

• As the Club is run by volunteers all members are requested to assist with bar duty at least once per year

Once your application has been submitted it will be reviewed.  If it is accepted you will then be contacted by a member of the club who will organise to meet you for an Induction to the course and the local rules.  You will also be issued with an access tag.

PLEASE NOTE: We are currently going through our annual membership renewal process which should be completed by the end of February.  At this point we already have quite a few people on the waiting list for any available spots.  You are welcome to submit an application, however your application will join this list and may not be successful.

Cost of membership:

• Civilian – $840 (2026 membership year)
• Midweek – $668 (Course access from Monday to Friday, but can play at weekends if green fees are paid)
• Junior – $217
• Social – $82 (access to the clubrooms and the bar and up to 5 rounds at the club captains discretion)
• RNZAF & RNZAF Sport – please enquire
• Associate – $748 (this membership if for ex NZDF personnel only)
