This is a notification that the Annual General Meeting of the RNZAF Auckland Golf Club will be held at the clubhouse, at 9 a.m. on Saturday 29 November 2025. If you are unable to attend, please send in your apology to the Secretary Murray Dalrymple (secretary@rnzafaucklandgolf.co.nz), or post it in the Secretary’s mail box in the Clubhouse. Apologies will also be taken on the day.

Members Eligible to Vote: All members except for RNZAF Sport, Midweek, Junior and Social members are eligible to vote on tabled motions.
Committee Nominations: Nominations for the 2026 committee can be made on the Officer Nomination Form on the notice board outside the Men’s Sprig Room. Note Secretary, Assistant Secretary and Treasurer are defence personnel positions
Notices of Motion: Notices of motion may be submitted by members eligible to vote. They must be in writing and be signed by the proposer and a seconder. They need to reach the Secretary by Saturday 15th of November.
Proxy Forms: Members who are unable to attend and have submitted an apology may nominate a proxy to vote for them. Forms will be available on the notice board.
